Work Environment:
- Fully Remote: Our positions are fully remote. We’re primarily seeking candidates based in the U.S. or South Korea, but we’re open to discussing options for working from other countries. We’ve built our processes and culture around effective remote collaboration.
- Flexible Office Support: While we’re primarily remote, we understand that some team members may prefer or occasionally need a shared workspace. We support access to co-working spaces or shared offices in your location.

Available Positions: Founding Engineers
We’re very in our journey and building a founding engineering team. You will build innovative software products with significant autonomy and responsibility. Don’t see a perfect fit in our listed roles? Challenge us and define your own position. Generalist Product Engineers, Software Engineers, and Human-Centered AI/ML Engineers are defintely a right fit for us. We value alignment in vision, direction, and culture over meeting every listed qualification, so we’re eager to chat even if your background doesn’t tick every box. Responsibilities
- Design an AI-powered task decomposition pipeline with real-world enterprise data.
- Build predictive models that forecast and diagnose the impact of automation on productivity and skill development.
- Develop scalable models on cloud platforms.
Qualifications
ML/AI skills
- Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow)
- AI model training/fine-tuning (data preprocessing, training, evaluation)
- Expertise in adapting ML algorithms from SOTA papers
LLM engineering skills
- Basic NLP techniques (e.g., tokenization, text embedding, etc.)
- Experience in building applications with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Llama): prompt engineering skills, familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or Claude API), and experience in local open-sourced LLM deployment (e.g., Ollama)
- LLM fine-tuning: ability to fine-tune LLMs on domain-specific data for specific tasks
Data engineering skills
- Understanding how to build and maintain data warehouses and work with ETL pipelines
- Experience with graph databases + visualization (e.g., Neo4j)
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., LanceDB)
Responsibilities
- Build web applications that empower managers and workers to make data-driven decisions about AI adoption.
- Build web interfaces that visualize the complex task structure of a firm.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern SPA frameworks: Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, etc.). React and TypeScript recommended.
- Strong UI/UX Focus: A deep appreciation for UI/UX design principles is important. We are looking for someone who prioritizes enhancing the usability and accessibility of web applications.
- Knowledge of AI: While not mandatory, knowledge of deep learning techniques and keeping up with cutting-edge AI technologies would be a plus. As our frontend work is closely integrated with data processing, having this knowledge will facilitate communication with other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement server APIs and web services for the platform.
- Build software on cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Development experience in server side and infrastructure
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms for improving system performance
- Experience in handling large amounts of (enterprise) data
- Familiarity with cloud or big data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCE, etc.)
